My name is Dr. Julian Burd, PT, DPT aka "JBurd," as I've been called since I was a kid.
I struggled with knee pain in middle school and could no longer play the sports that I loved. I gained weight and soon became the "funny, fat kid" in school.
I struggled with my confidence and my weight for years before taking better control of my health. When I finally found fitness in college, it was the first time I felt truly passionate about something.
I've dedicated the last 12 years to learning as much as I can in the fitness and healthcare fields.
I have made it my lifelong commitment to help others like me to overcome the barriers they face on their fitness journey.
